Our storefront gives neighbors a place to connect, discover thoughtfully selected Colorado-made pet products, and feel part of a community centered around the pets we love. Because to us, success means more than caring for pets—it means helping pets, people, local makers, and our community thrive together.
Our Story
It All Began With a Dog Named Mr. Smith
Every company has a story. Ours begins with Mr. Smith, the dog who came into my life during one of my hardest seasons and devoted 15 years to walking me home to my own heart. After losing him, caring for other people’s pets became a way to heal—and to keep sharing the love he gave me.
As pet parents began sharing troubling experiences with unreliable care, I realized this was more than part of my healing. It was a calling.
Your Pet Staycations grew from one pet sitter into a trusted local team committed to setting a higher standard in pet care. Today, we offer professional in-home services and a neighborhood boutique filled with thoughtfully selected Colorado-made products for dogs and cats—all rooted in the same purpose: to care deeply, support our community, and give every pet the love they deserve.
